Competitive, recreational and fitness swimmers, as well as children, are very welcome at Burgdorf Indoor Swimming Pool. Here, you can swim every day, work out in the gym, take part in one of our many courses and relax in the wellness area. Hallenbad AG operates the Burgdorf Outdoor Swimming Pool during the summer months.
To support our team, we are looking for a member of staff for the summer season, starting on 1 April (or, if necessary, 1 May) 2026 until September, to carry out the following tasks:
- Preparatory work/maintenance of the outdoor pool in April
- Lifeguarding
- Providing customer information and operating the till
- Daily and evening cleaning

What we expect from you
- At least an SLRG Pool Plus certificate or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain one
- Experience in lifeguarding is desirable
- Experience and enthusiasm for working in the service sector
- Flexibility with working hours (weekends, evening shifts)
- Ability to administer first aid and carry out immediate life-saving measures in an emergency
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of German
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently
