To guarantee maximum data sovereignty, we host Umami ourselves. This means: All collected data remains entirely in our own infrastructure or on the servers of our hosting partner. Under no circumstances is data shared with third parties (such as large advertising or analytics networks). Statistical Analysis (default): We collect purely functional data such as page views, dwell time or the browser type used. This happens completely without cookies and without the creation of personal profiles. Usage Analysis (only with your consent): If you give us your consent, we visually analyze the interactions on our website (e.g. through heatmaps or the recording of session replays). This helps us to find errors and improve the design for you. Your privacy is important to us: The data is processed pseudonymously, and all form or text inputs are automatically masked (made unreadable), so that at no time can personal data or passwords be viewed. Usage analysis takes place exclusively on the basis of your active consent.
Hosting
This website is hosted in a European data center. The hosting provider stores technical log data (e.g. IP address or browser type) to ensure the operation and security of the website.
Authentication
For login and access services, minimal identification data (e.g. email address or user ID) is stored in order to enable access to protected areas.
Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion and data portability in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, Art. 25 et seq.).
