The Beckenried lido – affectionately known as ‘Strampi’ by locals – is a real hidden gem on the southern shore of Lake Lucerne. Situated right at the foot of the Klewenalp, this cosy lido combines an idyllic beach atmosphere with spectacular views of the mountains of Central Switzerland.

Parking is available right next to the lido. There is a charge for parking. Further parking:
- Oeliweg 4 car park – 2-minute walk
- Allmendstrasse car park (school grounds) – 5-minute walk
- PP Kirchweg (Klewenalp mountain railway) – 12-minute walk
Parking meters or Parkingpay machines are available at all car parks.
