We are looking for a swimming pool supervisor for the Badi Möischter, to start from the 2027 swimming season.
(permanent position, working from April to October)
Your main responsibilities
▪ Management and supervision of swimming pool operations ▪ Monitoring and maintenance of technical installations ▪ Cleaning and upkeep work ▪ Providing first aid in the event of medical emergencies and accidents ▪ Accident prevention and mitigation ▪ Staffing plans for lifeguards ▪ Grounds maintenance
Your profile
▪ Ideally, you hold the Swiss Lifeguard Certificate and the SLRG Pro Pool Certificate, including BLS-AED-SRC certification, or are willing to obtain these ▪ Completed vocational training, preferably in a trade ▪ Good communication skills, able to work under pressure and a team player ▪ Enjoy working with guests of all ages ▪ Living in the local area would be an advantage ▪ Willingness to work during school holidays, at weekends and on public holidays
Badi Möischter
The Möischter outdoor swimming pool is a popular meeting place for young and old alike in the summer. The outdoor pool offers a lovely sunbathing area, a swimming pool and a paddling pool. In the communal area, next to the playground, there are barbecue areas, a sandpit, spring rockers and more. You can also enjoy some sport on the beach volleyball court or playing table tennis.
